Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, simply log into your account, view the pertinent order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you by email about your refund (or, in some cases of exchanges, your new charge) once we have received and processed the returned or exchanged item.

An item can be returned or exchanged if it is postmarked within 30 days from the postmark date that we initially shipped it to you. Returns for clean, unworn and unwashed items can be mailed via USPS mail, and must include a copy of your email receipt.

We will not accept returns that have been previously worn or washed. They must be in new condition (free of dirt, odor, pet hair, tags in tact, etcetera).

The cost of returned items will be refunded back to the original form of payment, minus the cost of the original and return shipping costs.

We’ll pay the First Class Parcel Post shipping costs associated with any return or exchange that is the result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or a defective item).

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we receive the returned item. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, the original form of payment will be charged or refunded, accordingly, taking into consideration, also, the cost of shipping the new item.

Please allow 30 days to see any refund or additional payment processed as a result of any return or exchange, due to shipping time periods, our processing of the return or exchange, and the bank’s processing of the refund or charge to your account.
